Ok ive been told numerous times by my capt that i need to look into something like mediation because i am a ball of stress all the time, the littlest thing and im goin nuts. Ive always been that way, I think its left over from when i was a super type A...

Well this AM, I was super stressing over something at work and now I have bad cramps...

So I guess my question is, how do you ladies handle the stresses that you have, mediation, tai chi? etc etc

the gym. studies also show that if the mom is a little stressed during pregnancy, the baby will actually benefit. strange, huh? :D

i've kept up the same routine for the last year and a half. i go every day, do at least 30 minutes of cardio and occasional weights depending on the time of day i get to go.

they do say, however, if you haven't been working out routinely PRIOR to getting pregnant, that you should contact your doctor first :D

i also from time to time meditate :D

Honestly there really isnt to many meds your gonna be able to take. None that approved anyways. There are many that they dont KNOW what will happen if you take them.

I had to quit my job, and have just been relaxing etc. I walk slowly, take it easy, dh helps out ALOT!

Good luck.
