I want to travel and visit lots of people, and meet a bunch of you girls from around here. But I don't want to burden anyone. Because I might scrounge up enough for plane tickets, but I totally couldn't afford hotels. And I feel weird asking to stay with someone because I'm po'.

one of my friends is leaving tomorrow from rome to baltimore for a week and is paying about $700 including train tickets to rome. Not too bad to me,..you can honestly get here for under a grand if you get the right flight. Check travelocity and some others, you can get great flights to rome, and then it's less than 2 hrs by train to my house!

I did housekeeping at a hotel when I was in high school one summer!!! I liked doing the rooms, but they left those usually to the older more senior ladies. I was in charge of the laundry room though. I washed and dried and folded it all!!

lol I did my stint the summer after my senior year. I did rooms for 5 weeks and laundry for 5 weeks after I tore a tendon in my wrist. I did the beds, my co-cleaner did the bathrooms..I HATED the bathrooms!
