Should I wear pants? A dress? A skirt?? What did you wear? I'm going to Missouri I'm pretty sure I'll freeze, but I just have no idea what to wear, do you get dressed up???? Or even to pack. What did you wear on Family Day??? I’m starting to freak out!

Causal dressy. People tend to get a bit dressed up for Graduation, like church but not like your going to a ball :lol ;)

Oh and on family day just wear jeans :)

I wore a cute little sundress - halter top, knee length. It was casual-dressy. It was also summer, so....I wasn't freezing! :) You can wear pants if you want, jeans, sweaters, skirts, whatever...whatever you feel comfortable in!

I just went to my brothers at the end of October. I did wear jeans on family day... he just showed us around base and all that.
For his graduation... it was supposed to be outside so I wore slacks and a nice top and a coat. It poured rain so it was indoors but it still worked fine.
This was in SC by the way.

I'm from Cali and had no idea what cold would be like when DH graduated Boot in Great Lakes, IL. I wore Jeans and a nice sweater then my coat. I saw lots of people all "gussied" up and several other people in casual wear.
If I had dressed up more DH would have prob laughed at me b.c I'm a jeans girl and he said it was nice to see me just being me.

I didnt go to an army one, i went to a navy one but all similar..

I wrote cute black pants and a sweater.. cute but not overdressy.. was wayyy to cold to wear a dress or skirt haha

thank you!!! you all have helped me. i still need to find an outfit i'm thinking something nice, no dresses or skirts, it will be too cold. ill find something. i hope...i'm also a jeans girl with flip flops!

I was wearing a skirt, and ended up having to wear a sweatshirt over it because it was so cold. I dont think it matters that much, just dont look "whorish" not saying you would, but I know DH told me that I coudnt show a lot of skin because he didnt wanna get crap for it.

But dress nice. I would have worn jeans and a nice shirt, had I known it was going to be cold. I was in a skirt and heels and I felt reallllly over dressed.
