OMG What is up with this!?!?!?!?! I mean I know teething can be painful but dang. Jacob wont sleep thru the night. He keeps rubbing his tongue over his bottom teeth and grabbing at his mouth. Shoot how many teeth can come up at once??? His drool is crazy. Its to the point where he needs a bib to stay dry. I dont know how much more of this I can handle. If its that bad for me then I just cant imagine how bad it is for him:tears

Im just :pray that he will get better faster!!!!

Is there ANYTHING that I can give him to take the edge off. tylenol doesnt help much, teething tables dont, ambasol wont last long enough.

ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just something to help him sleep better at night.:nutts :freakout :tears

try a cold washcloth. it will numb his gums longer than ambosol will. it worked for Chris, might be worth a shot.... i would get it wet, put it in a ziploc bag and stick in the fridge for an hour or so.

I did that and he wanted nothing to do with the washcloth.

im just at a loss for what to do. Its getting harder and harder on him and me and everyone else in this house. I just dont know how much more of this i want to take. LOL I know it will get better but right now it sucks.

Try Motrin!! Tylenol didnt do crap for Reagan but Motrin did! Also if he doesnt want the wash cloth, get those little ice popcicles that are like a few dollars for a box. I dont know what they are called, but Im sure he will like that!

Do you have any frozen waffles or anything along those lines? I know some parents that have given their kids those freeze pops to chew on and a little zip lock bag of frozen peas. I really don't know what else would help at this point, but I hope it gets better.

I hope he gets better soon for you, my DD is teething right now too. I give her motrin, and anything cold to chew on and she is ok. But she has been waking up in the middle of the night a lot lately from it.

Well I read this article that toddlers between 12-15 months get their molars in which are the most painful teeth to come in. That might explain alot. Jacob is 15 months now.

It sounds like it's probably his molars, the poor baby! Have you tried any of those vibrating teethers? I see them at Walmart and Target but I haven't tried any of them yet. Nathan's bottom 2 teeth have been trying to cut through for the last 3 months. It sucks knowing they are hurting and you can't do too much about it. He got some Tylenol tonight because he kept waking up! Good luck :hugs

Ya I have one that is a star shape. It works for other teething times but not this time.

Try sugar free popsicles. They worked wonders for DS when he was teething.
