How often do you replace your toothbrushes in your house? I read that it should be every 3-4 months and I know for a fact I don't do it that frequent. I am probably more along every 6-8 months.

I buy a bunch when they go on special so I switch them every couple of months.

I am pretty much addicted to the Oral B Pulsar, so I buy a new one whenever the battery runs out in them which seems to be every 1 ½ - 2 months.

every 2 months religiously-I use to do it every 3 but I switched to 2 & now that I have braces, I tear up the brush alot faster so for me personally, I buy one every month

Every 3 months and when I'm sick, I'll boil or change out my toothbrush.

I would say we are on the 3-4 month line. There are times we switch sooner though due to the bristles splitting apart or little mishaps like accidentaly dropping it into the trash or toilet (I have no idea how this happens but somehow Breanna has figured out a way).

Im so bad about replacing my toothbrush. It never gets worn looking so I normally toss it if toothpaste starts to build up anywhere or I was sick with something other than a cold. John and the kids on the other hand chew their brushs or something. Im always buying them new ones.

ETA I put all our tooth brushes in the dishwasher every few weeks.

Every couple months or after they may be really sick. I also will soak them in a little listerene for a few minutes once a week.

I don't have a specific time frame. I just notice when it starts to look like I chewed on it and replace it :lol
