So we didn't get the other house. We put in a bid and we got outbid which was ok. I was dissapointed but...

I need a much bigger kitchen. I cook 3 times a day if not more. I love to cook. But I've yet to find one in our price range with a big kitchen. So I'll have to make due no matter what house we get..kwim.

That's cheap for that area. I'll admit I'm paying for the area. But I don't like the schools or the area on the other side of town. Although I could get more home for my money there. It's all up to personal preference tho. I Have a really good friend on the other side of town who loves it.
