I went to the clinic on base Friday to have my blood test, how long does it usually take to get a result if you go to a base clinic? When I was pregnant with Sydney they called me like 45 minutes later but that was at an Air Force hospital, I really want to hear something soon that way I can schedule and ob appt.

I don't have a doctor yet. I guess if I don't hear anything from them by tomorrow then I'll call tomorrow.

it took them about 45 mins to an hour. but they wouldnt call me. so we went in the morning, got breakfast, then came back to get the results. they didnt tell you to wait around??

Depends on how they labeled it. If its STAT then it can be done in an hour or 2. If not then it can take a day. Mine was labeled STAT so I got mine within an hour. I just kept calling for my results

They never told me how to get my results. They drew my blood then the guys took it and left. So, I guess I'll have to call.

From my experience with on base blood test and stuff it usually takes about an hour. I would call.

I've never gotten a blood test to confirm my pregnancies. I just called and made an OB appointment for 12 weeks when I found out I was pregnant :lol

They told me I had to have a blood test before I could make an ob appt. I'm going to call around 1:00, DH said they are all probably out to lunch now.
