I have a friend thats tryin to get pregnant, she told me that last night she took a test and it was negative so she threw it away and this morning her husband asked her when she was going to tell him she was pregnant. Her BIL is a Coreman so she said sometimes they do that after they sit there for while. She took another one today and she said the same thing happened. It was negative at first and then she went to look again awhile later and it was positive! Do you think she could be pregnant or the tests just messed up! She said she doesnt want to disapoint herself so now shes just going to wait until her period is due on Wednesday before she tests anymore.

That is very strange :puzz I would maybe try a different brand of pregnancy test or go in for a blood test just to double check. :goodluck to her!

after 10 minutes you can't go by the results. if she really wants to know she should have a blood test.

Thats what we were thinking, but its just wierd how it happened twice!

Yep after ten minutes, the result is no good....it even says that in the little paper that comes with the tests.

Alrighty, thanks ladies. She should get AF by wednesday so if she doesnt she will test again!

My line got a little bit darker but thats all.

Tell her to buy a completely different test, or wait a couple of days and try again, or take a blood test.

When i was preggo, i didn't know it for a little while cos i didn't realise a faint line was a positive lol. A couple weeks later it was dark as hell.

I would have her wait til her AF is due or past due. I did have that same thing happen when I was pg with Johnny though. I took the test (this was after 2 very faint positive tests) and nothing. There wasn't even the test line. So I threw it away. I told John and after a couple hours he convinced me to take the second one of that brand we had. The same thing happened with that one. I threw that one away, tied up the bag of trash and told John there was something wrong with the tests. He asked to see them so I ripped open the bag and there sat 2 positive tests. They were really dark positives, too. 2 days later I went to the dr. and got it confirmed. So I guess my answer is that she could be but then again like the other girls have said it could be an evap line. Good Luck to her.
