:) ok my husband is in basci training, now i have a question i send him phone cards, letters, and pictures, now if i wanted to send him a care package what would you send, i know your not aloud food, smell goods, what the heck else is there lol just a question anyone got an answer lol

It's best to just keep it to pictures and letters, etc. they have access to a shoppette/px to get what they need, so it's pointless to send care packages to basic because it usually gets confiscated if it's anything other than foot powder and deoderant type things

I only sent letters and pictures while he was in bootcamp.

I sent my wife arch supports for her boots when she went thorugh Navy basic training and that was about it, other then letters and cards.

I just stuck with letters... but then again we werent even dating at the time and only talked ocassionally lol

My DH was an RDC and the only thing his guys could have were letters and pictures.

i just sent letters pictures and cards. about a week or two after he left though i mailed him his wedding band cause i wanted to have it engraved while he was gone. he had to open the package in front of someone so they could take it away right away if nessecary.
