once a week for the shower towels and every two weeks for my hand and washcloth towels. dh gets his hand/washcloth towels changed once a week

I'd say after about 3-4 showers... after all, you should be squeaky clean when you get out! I just "dab" off anyway, so as not to dry out the skin. As long as they're completely dried and not wadded up on the floor, I think that's a good measure. Maybe I'm wrong? Hmmm... good question.

Dh gets new towels every or every other day, I get new towels once or twice a week.

We use a new towel every time we shower. I change the hand towels at least once a week or even more often depending on how dirty Dh gets them!!

Bath towels I go through about 4 a week, sometimes less, sometimes more, and hand towels get changed every week. DB uses towels about the same as me. Good question I was wondering this the other day too!

Bath towels get switched out every couple of days, and hand towels twice a week

After 2 showers, unless DH leaves them on the floor, bunched up, or dripping wet. In which case they are replaced immediately.

it depends, we dont have a whole lotta towels, and we both hang them up to dry afterward, the way i figure it, it's used to dry off a clean body, so unless its dripping wet..... :giggle

I change mine every other use.

I give dh a new one every time because his are always soaking wet :freakout.

About every week, we hang up ours to dry. :)

Bath towels every other day...hand towels every other day. I just sweep the bathrooms and do a load.

I wash the towels once a week. But we have so many towels I probably wouldnt have to for a month

I'm really bad about this. I'm constantly forgetting to hang up my towel and then the dog lays on it and I can't dry myself off with a towel covered in dog hair. Josh is always getting on me for that but I just roll my eyes. After all, I'M the one who does the laundry, what does he care?

If I do remember to hang up my towel, usually I change out the towels about once or twice a week.

Usually every other day unless DH throw them on the floor when he is done.

We have a huge variety of bath towels, so i wash them every week.

We never use an unclean towel though. Always fresh.

we all get new towels everytime we shower...I get 2..one for my body and one for my hair. The hand towels get changed everyday. I have 3 kids though so that makes for alot of hands touching those towels.

it depends. I use mine for about a week or more and dh will use it one or two times and give it to the dog to play with. So its very random

After each time I use it I wash it. I just can't not do it that way. It's the OCD in me I think...LOL

We use a clean towel after every shower (always new wash cloth too). I change the hand towels (for handwashing) out once a week or more often if we've been washing our hands a lot in there.
