Well Topher and I thought we had a sort-of plan...
Getting married July 21, moving to VA while he was stashed at the unit and then moving to FL for his requested Oct 5 report date.

He called me today to tell me that there's apparently going to be a shortage of people ready to start in June and July. They wanted him to go down June 1... :freakout
But because of the wedding they changed it to August 3 ... written in Jell-O of course.:hugs
I was laughing when he told me, because I expected as much. He was like, "I think you're going to be used to this (Navy stuff) before I am!" :teehee

This will actually simplify a lot though. Instead of moving twice, we'll move once. And it'll be right after our honeymoon. I can unpack and get us settled in while he starts doing his thing...

Though it does increase the speed at which I need to find a place near Pensacola for us.:swoon

good luck! Make sure you get your orders updated quickly so you can move with him and get BAH and everything!

When we get back from our honeymoon, assuming the August 3 date sticks, he'll still have to go back up to VA for a day or two before he officially detaches from the unit, so he'll be able to add me and everything then.
