It's a method started by a Doctor named, Shettles,ha ha where his theory is female sperm are distinguished and different than male sperm so you can manipulate things like environment (ie ph balance more alkaline or acidic) and positioning such as rear entry (closer to cervix or farther apart) and some other things like timing (closer to ovulation or before) in order to achieve a desired gender. ;) Legs 03-30-2007, 10:54 AM No I'm not doing the diet. The book I have actually said it's unhealthy to do it. I remember my neighbor trying it and got so tired of all the supplements and dieting that she said screw it and got pregnant a week later with her girl, haha! Did you buy the ph strips as well?
