Awww.
Thats why I believe in CIO. Its like he is in control, instead of you being in control.
If he's fed, changed, and has nothing wrong with him except that he's just throwing a fit to throw a fit because YOU aren't holding him, let him cry.

I know! Im not holding him hes in his bouncy seat but if I walk out of the room he cries. I want to let him CIO but I am worried about doing it. He gets so upset sometimes that he makes himself stop breathing.:(

Miss K is going through that right now too. Not to to the extend of me ALWAYS having to be there but she used to be so good at falling asleep on her own but not anymore.

I agree with Joy.
ETA: My daughter used to cry every time I walked out of the room. What I had to do was assure her that I would be right back, that I needed to do something. When I got back in the room, I let her know I was back. Another friend of mine went through the same thing and when she came back in the room, she would give her son a hug or kiss.

He'll stop when he cant breath..............when I was a baby I used to do that.......and he wont feel abandanded either so don't think that...........if nothing is legitimetly wrong let him cry. Then when he stops after a while walk back in to show him that your still there.............babies think that if they can't see it its gone forever so if you stick your head back in the room he'll learn that things dont go away for ever
