I have some questions, maybe you have some answers???

Do all the elem. schools offer a preschool program? How expensive is it? Is it half days all week or full days on some days? What age do they start accepting kids? Do they have to start in Sept or could they start second semester...say after Christmas break?

TIA for anything you can tell me.

Josh goes to a Christian preschool in Port Orchard (in our church). It is $75 a month and he goes for 2 hours 2 days a week. You can start anytime.

There are MANY preschools around here that are not in the public school system and have their own set of rules.

I'm not sure about the ones in schools. Most of them are the head start type and you have to qualify by income or disability. Best thing to do is call around and ask. Tell them what you are looking for and someone at the school will be able to tell you if any public school offers it. Or look on the North Kitsap or Central Kitsap school website :)

Noah has gone to pre-school through the school district here. I can pm you the elementary schools if you like. The little bus also picks him up. They have morning and afternoon preschool. The thing is, I didn't have to pay for his pre-school since he's "special needs". So, you will have to call the school district to get the details.

Thanks, I can look at the school website and give them a call. I work for CKSD so I'll ask at the office of my work too. I'm thinking of having Tytan preschool soon.
