Anyone have anything that would be good to make for breakfast and lunch. Since its Passover and I can't eat bread or anything like that I am dying.

This is going to sound really bad but... what do you do during Passover? I mean, I have a general idea but I don't know a lot about it. :shrug :arg

Go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passover they give a pretty good overview of what passover is.

I wish everyone in my house was Jewish cause then there would be no bread and then I wouldn't be temped to eat the dang bread. However my family is not and it is killing me.

Tofu. You can make a "tofu scramble" instead of an egg one, mashing it up and frying it with sauces, and it's a good healthy breakfast/lunch (you can also wrap it in tortillas and make a burrito like thing).

Or any sort of omlets/veggie scrambles work good for breakfast. For lunch... it's harder, but you can convert a lot of stuff. Try fruit and yogurt or pasta salads...

It just kinda depends. I know I always miss bread a lot, but then... I'm a vegetarian, so that makes some things harder.

But, uh, yeah... no pork products. That's so not kosher!
