What do you think should be the criteria for getting a star?

She is the first black woman to win Best Actress ya know ;) That right there deserves something :)

I don't keep up with who gets one before who and when or anything. So I can't say if the order in which she recieved hers was fair or not. But I think she is deserving of it.
