how do you get the smileys when you commenting on a post and how do you turn on the thing that will let you attach files sorry i just can't figure this out

smileys.. you have to post in advance mode instead of quick reply

to attach a file- you need to upload it into photobucket or another hosting website & post it on here with the [img] code
