can the ships email be checked from any computer or only on the ship?

I think their accounts are similar to mine...I can only access my navy.mil address from a NMCI computer because i have to use my cac card.

Im leaving tomorrow to go home and visit family so I have to clean up the house, pack and get my kitty over to Meghann! I my even try to wash my car but Im not sure where to put it so I can wash it. normally we have to do it in the garage but Johns car is there now and I don't feel like moving it :)
