It's been so long since I had an ob appointment that I've forgotten what they do at the first one.:dunno Could you all please refresh my memory.

Pap, pelvic exam, fill out a bunch of forms, they'll give you a bunch of fliers and what not, order blood work, and depending on the office do an ultrasound/order an ultrasound.

I hate pap smears....I use to lie and say oops my period is on can we reschedule. lol But I guess i have to suck it up next week. :(

i didn't realize they would do a pelvic exam, i guess that means i have to shave my legs. i really hope they do an ultrasound or at least listen for the heartbeat.

They should listen to the heartbeat as well :)

My first OB appt they had me do the labs prior to coming in so we went over the results, did the pelvic, went over my paperwork that I had filled out, did an ultrasound, got papers with all the numbers and meds that can be taken.

The gave me a internal ultrasound my first time...I hated it! But yea you have to shave your legs or go hairy at least you have an excuse now that you're preggo and tired. :teehee
