bunkie 04-16-2007, 09:46 PM :banghead :banghead 15 MONTH TOURS NOW MANDATORY! :banghead :banghead
DH has been extended 100%, that gives him 16 months. I am sooooo fucking fed up with this bull shit. And I am soo mad at him for reenlisting, wtf was he thinking? Gawddamnit!! :mad WHAT A LIFE WE HAVE! :mumble And the real shit kicker is I had to see it on the news and then have HIM tell me without any informationj from the FRG. Pathetic!! Miserable little bitches not giving out any info. Miserable army, Miserable President. I hope all these people get a first class ass bag to hell. :vent

bunkie 04-16-2007, 09:52 PM aww my lovey brandi swoops in to save me (L) I was comming out of a store when he confirmed it and I wanted to collapse and cry. he has done more then his fair share for the army and way more then his fair share for this war. I just dont even know what to think right now. It feels like everytime we get stood back up someone knocks us right back on our asses. WHYYYY WHY WHY WHYYYYYy UGH! I am soooooo beyond upset I dont even have words. I stew on it all day. I am just so afraid this is going to keep getting extended over and over to the point that he is there for 3 years.

I'm so sorry Wendy. I also thought about you when I heard it on the news. I can't believe we're doing this to the soldiers and their families again.
That's it, I'm with you, I'm voting for Obama.

MIKOSWIFEY 04-22-2007, 08:01 PM I'm so sorry about this mess. I just sobbed for days after I found out (ON THE NEWS!!!!!!) because of what it will mean for my son (and for my husband and I too). I can't imagine how this is going to be for the older children involved in this. At least my son is only 1 and hasn't had much time with daddy to begin with (boot and AIT), so he doesn't know what he's missing. Yet.
I'm so sorry hun!!! (((hugs)))
Sardonyx 04-25-2007, 11:35 AM my husband is getting ready to leave and he will be gone for at least 15 months as well...........
