So lately i find that i have my tapeworm again but it comes and goes, not like when I was first pregnant.
So when Im craving something bad like chocolate cake, i eat trail mix, etc.
I was looking at this thing that they gave us last week and it says for the time im at I should be eating 2-3 servings of protein.
I cant eat that much meat a day LOL Where else can I get the protein?
is it the Omege-300 in the protein what they want you to get. I took Fish Oil and omega-300 vitamins with Trent because I was a terrible eater.

beans have protein, soy has protein also

Yeah the Dietician from our class said the best beans to get anything from are the dried ones. And she said it was better than soy.
Everything was green leafy veggies (icky) and dried beans.

I'll admit...I am awful at eating exactly the amounts they say I should for each thing. I eat whatever is around and makes me full :oops
I just make sure to take my vitamins everyday. I'm a terrible eater.

girl, i just eat what i want and in moderation. i love having chicken and well really any meat and that sort of thing so i try and have at least one decent sized serving a day. just eat as healthy as you can.

Even if you want that piece of chocolate cake... just dont eat half the cake :lol
