This is what I had last week at that restaurant I posted, omg this dip is awesome :hungry :hungry

2 garlic cloves peeled
1 8 oz container of sour cream
1 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
2 green onions minced

In 1 quart saucepan place garlic and enough water to cover; heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce to low; cover and simmer 3 minutes to blanch garlic; drain. Mince garlic; place in medium bowl

Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
