I've seen flexible mats and other cookware everywhere - but I've never really heard if anyone likes them or if it's just a fad.
Do they work all that well - are they wortht he investment? I'm considering getting a set to do bread and cookie baking - things of that nature ... but are they worth it?

I worked in a kitchen store for a very long time, and I have tons of them. I LOVE THEM! But most people that complained about them, siad they werent sturdy, just remeber to put a backing sheet underneath them. I think they are great.

ah - yeah - I can see people trying to put them in the oven without anything underneath :lol
Well - sounds like it's good for me! I'm tired of breaking glass-ware and things like that.
