I would wear it to a party or whatnot, but would not have hemmed it quite so short! I would normally wear black shoes with a black dress but I think the sparkly ones look ok... i like the minimalist look they have.

Its super cute, I think if you have the legs to show off then go for it. the mini dresses seem to be back this season so I know we'll be seeing them alot. I personally like them because I have short legs, LOL, so mini helps me make them look longer :P
I also like the sparkly shoes with the dress, I think with an all black dress, your shoes can really be a cool funky accessory, I would even wear red shoes with it :)

It's cute, but there's no way I would wear it. It's for skinny minnie girls, and it's a dress for 20 something girls.

It's a little confused, I think. It doesn't know whether it wants to be sexy or conservative... and not in a good way. Too covered on top, not enough length on the bottom.
