Hi...my name is Jena and I'm 21. I am an Air Force girlfriend...he's 20 and about to depart on his first deployment. I felt a little awkward joining this site because we aren't married and haven't been dating that long...a little over 3 months...even though it seems like it's been forever. He definitely has my heart! :) I'm guess I'm really just looking for some support and other people to talk to who are going through or have gone through what I'm about to endure. Experiencing what I have so far has definitely made me respect all of you so much more!!

Don't feel awkward about being here! There's a lot of girlfriend's like us running around. And there's also a bunch of people who are still in the fun sparkley new stage of relationships. All kinds, basically. You'll fit in way better than you expect!
