aside from looking online, i've never seen another cocker spainel with buddy's markings. infact, not many people have and they always ask me if he is a purebreed. well, i made a run to petsmart tonight to get poopy bags, and there's a cocker who looks just like buddy! i was so excited i ran up to them and started talking to them. oh how i wish i would have brought the boy with me tonight! it was so exciting to see another one that looks like him!

ok, stupid post over. :hehe

:) That is cool! I know what you mean, though. Wheezer is a pure bred toy poodle but people are always asking me what kind of dog he is :lol

Cute! I love spaniels. I have a Wolf Pom, and I rarely see another pom that looks like him so I know what you mean. :mrgreen

I get that allll the time too. When I'm training a sable or black gsd, a lot of people ask what they are. In fact, people ask all the time if Tygra and Aila are purebred, either because of their red coloring, their "bitch stripe" (ticking down their back) or people think they are small....and Tygra is 70 pounds, actually large for a female. :rolleyes

Thats really neat though cricket, what color is he? I trained a chocolate once with buff kiss marks, he was really unique looking, and a female that in a shepherd we would call a sable, dunno what they call it cockers.

Miko, is a wolf pom like a sable, sort of like a keeshond? That has to look really neat.
