I don't think it's soooo bad, but it would be way better if it were a lot shorter. The length makes her look too stubby. I think those are some cute shoes peeking out from underneath.

I dislike everything about it. Color, style, ugh. Unattractive. Makes her look like a blimp and the colors just exaggerate that.
