Dangit...I cried in the airport. I made it to Arizona for my business trip and I was waiting for my luggage. I knew that the 12 young guys standing next to me were military, but they weren't in uniform so I told myself that I could hold it together.

Then an older soldier walks up in his ACUs and gets his duffel. I was fine until one of the janitors yelled "Soldier!" He ran up to him and shook his hand and said "I just wanted to say thank you for what you do for our country". The soldier just nodded grabbed his bag and left.

So there I was with the big full tears immediately coming and sucking back the sniffles with everyone looking at me like my pants just fell off. I just wiped my eyes and wished my bags would hurry up and come.

When I was in PA, my pap is in Rolling THunder, a vets motorcycle group. They had a battan death march memorial. One of the survivors was up there talking and when he got down I HAD to hug this man, When I got up to him I could barely even talk I had such big tears in my eyes.
