I went to get dog food for Bruce today at Petco. When I walked in I saw a cage with 2 adorable bunnies.:cloud9 They were up for adoption. Someone had got them as Easter presents for their kids and then couldn't end up keeping them. I called dh and asked if I could pretty please get them :giggle He said sure! They are supposedely 3 months old and they are so tame and sweet. Not sure what their names will be...they are girls. Maybe Flopsy and Mopsy :teehee

they are sooo cute! I loooove bunnies but DH wants a pet he can wrestle with lol.

I'm glad petco took them in. They won't sell bunnies at eastertime b/c of the return factor, that's one of the many reasons I will shop there. That's great that you're giving them a home.

I put bruce outside while I put the cage together and then I brought him in to check them out. I made him sit and watch them for a minute...then I told him they were MINE and to lay down. I made him just lay there for awhile and now he isn't really showing much interest in them. If he walks by them I just remind him they are MINE :lol and he keeps on moving.

Me too! I had a huge Lop named Thumper (yeah I know real original :lol ) when I was a kid and have loved rabbits every since.

Oldest Dd and Ds were so surprised when they got home!! They are doing their chores super fast and with out fuss so they can hold them *lol*

:teehee yeah it's kind of weird though because if I push the cage to hard it will come right off the base with the wheels :nutts I'm going to have dh build a nice big hutch/cage in the backyard for them when he gets a chance.
