Anyone else having trouble with pages loading VERY slowly? I can surf just fine outside SOS.

Ya, it's been a bit slow. You can read more about it here http://forum.militarysos.com/showthread.php?t=67847

Some of it is the server needing to be upgraded but some of it has to do with me doing a ton of maintenance. I'm moving around tons of posts, which is extremely server intensive. When I'm searching through and mass moving (which I have been doing over the last 30 minutes or so), it will crawl a little bit. A lot of the 'behind the scenes' stuff going on will also slow it down just a bit. Once we're organized, upgraded and moved to a new host and server, things will be better :)

I wanted to add also.... if it's a matter of the skin loading slowly, you can try the lower graphics skin (towards the bottom left, you can find the skin selector). Once we're moved to our new server with more RAM and a better CPU, things will be zippy again though :D

I am also experiencing the same thing. I have tried both skins...the just blue one is a little better than the default one, but still wayyy slow.
