My vet told me to get my dog a D.A.P collar for when we fly this month. But i was wondering where to get it? Does petsmart carry them? TIA

I know that PetSmart offers the spray and plug in DAP products so it isn't a stretch to think they would also offer the collars. For that matter you could probably use the spray on bedding or the crate itself and have the same effect as the collar.
