I tried one last night and for the most part it kept everything off of the crockpot, but juice was leaking from the bag so I had to clean the crockpot anyway.

Toni 02-20-2006, 11:27 AM Yup I found that out to. So I quit buying them. Waste of money if they are going to leak and not keep the crockpot clean KWIM. airyn1 02-20-2006, 02:43 PM Good to know. I was planning on buying some of these when I get groceries next. Thanks Callie and Toni! Toni 02-20-2006, 03:24 PM Your welcome. Maybe someone else had better experience but yea everytime I used them I had to clean the pot anyways.. It did "help" with the clean up but it was far from clean to put it away without washing it... MW5M 02-20-2006, 10:40 PM I had the leaking too. It wasnt bad, and was easy to wipe out. I liked the fact that it kept a crust from forming around the top (when you cook something all day and aren't home that tends to happen). I will continue to buy them just so I dont have to scrub the crust ring. jennyb 02-21-2006, 04:58 PM I just saw the comerical last night and think I will give them a try Callie 02-21-2006, 06:18 PM I like the fact that I didn't have to scrub the crust ring too, but I was upset a little when I still had to clean it out!!! I'm just lazy. LOL!!! Toni 02-21-2006, 06:30 PM LOL Callie. I will still buy them when I need them but yea the hard part was taken care of hehehe Callie 02-23-2006, 01:30 PM I actually had a 1.00 off coupon so I only paid 35 cents for them. I guess I shouldn't fuss about it!!! lol! Not only am I lazy, but I am cheap! MW5M 02-23-2006, 03:21 PM The cheaper the better! |
