staneless steele or non stick coated pans?

our non stick coating is flaking into food so I need new ones. and i want something to last

dh likes stainless i like non stick

Quality of food is better with stainless steel.

stainless steel! i just bought our set of calphlon pans im so excited! but my dad has always used stainless steel so i dont even know how to use non-stick. haha

One thing I dislike about non stick- they don't last as long.

The coating chips off and stuff.

Quality stainless steels- literally lasts a lifetime.

I like my non-stick pots and pans.
Also, you shouldn't use metal cooking utensils on them...

well with non stick pans i use my mixer in it, or a fork. i hate having to find something to stir with. Also, i have had mine about 3 years and they are flaking in every meal. i am getting new ones this pay day and it will be staneless steele i believe

I like scan pan, they are a non stick. But if I had the money I would go with alclad pans which are just stainless

Definitely stainless steel.

I like them both, as long as you use plastic utensils on the non-stick they keep up. thats hard to do though sometimes. lol

We have Calphalon and LOVE them. They have some non-stick items and other regular ones. Very nice quality, highly recommended!

I like both. I think next time I buy a set of pots and pans they will be stainless steel though. The really good ones do last forever.

My mom has a pan I burned a grilled cheese sandwich in. I was 12 and home alone. The outline of the burnt bread was there for years. Im 27 now and she still has the pan. Non stick would have had to be tossed that day.

We have non stick from when we got married, and also a cast iron (which we use the most)

I have non stick adn stainless steel, but my favorite are my copper bottom pans..I won't use them here, but I looove those pans!
