My 6yr old ds is having surgery tomorrow morning.... if you could please spare thoughts and prayers for him I would really appreciate it!

They call it Oral Rehab... he has some problems with his teeth and jaw. He'll be under general anesthesia... I think that's the part that scares me the most.

:hugs maybe have a little "camp" set up for him when he gets home. when i had my surgery in high school for my knee my grandma had a little "camp" set up downstairs for me. she had a little cooler set up with gatorade and water in there and a little basket with boxes of granola bars and crackers and whatnot (my fav foods) and then had the remote for the t.v. and everything all set up so all i had to do was change the dvd or whatever.

I just went under general anesthesia for oral surgery about 3 weeks ago and I was freeking out and I am 24... because I had never been put up before. But, I was so amazed... I was out before they asked me to start counting and woke up like what happened?
I hope that the surgery is a success and he heals quickly! :hugs
