anyone here in SD know of any good playgroups. Jacob needs to be around other kids. Will also get me out of the housr.

I am trying to get something going for Java Mamas in La Mesa. I talked to the owner there and she told me that if I wanted I could do my playgroup there, so if I can get interest from others I can get that in motion.
Other than that, I don't know.

I found a great playgroup through Meetup.com. It's in the Poway area, but they have them all over the city. It's awesome because they have 3-4 events a week going on, and so you can pick and choose what sounds fun and there is almost always something to do... That is one thing I kick myself for, not getting Riley out more when he was younger. I can see a difference in just the few months since he has been in a group. He is learning (okay, trying to learn) to share with others, conversation, etc. They are great!
