I am so confused with charting. I started with fertility friend about a month ago, everything was going great and then today everything changed! It said that AF was supposed to be this weekend and when I put my temp in today it said that my AF was supposed to start today! I just dont understand, I feel like I am jinxing myself by doing it this way. with my last 2 it came naturally. I just dont know if I am doing something wrong. Could someone explain it to me? I am really confused!:confused :confused

Just keep putting your temps in. The system is getting to know you and is basing everything off your temps. Make sure you take your temp at the same time each morning before getting out of bed and just enter it in. It'll change things depending on when you have a dip in temp etc

I entered a temp for Saturday and it changed my chart back to normal. Is it because I had not charted the temps for a couple of days and it made it go hay wire?

yup, taking a few days off will screw with your charts completely. You need to make sure to temp every day!

:yes You HAVE to be consistant with the temps or it screws it up. It is reading your body by your temps and if you dont enter temps it has nothing to read
