Hey, I haven't been on here in a while, a mix of dh's school being crazy, friends coming to visit and me just being to tired and sick to feel like sittin in front of a computer :P

Anyway, I thought I would ask yalls opinion. My mom is coming up this weekend to visit, and dh doesn't have duty. We were contemplating visiting six flags while she's here. I know it's not recommended for preggos to go on roller coasters, but would it do any harm this early on? I am about two months along now, and I just didn't know what to do. My mom says major no, but dh and my best friend think it wouldn't hurt anything this early. I thought I'd get all your opinions to let me know what I should do. What do you all say? TIA!!

Don't do it. A LOT of development, such as BRAIN development happens early on. Think about all the shaking you feel, then imagine a little baby inside doing the same thing.

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!Please don't. I don't think going on a roller coaster is worth risking your baby's life.

Yea, I would not go on any rides... most rides at amusment parks say do not ride if you are an expectant mother. Like Amanda said there is so much brain development going on at this stage and the jerking movements wouldn't be good for the baby.
