so, my bf is always teasing me about how i cant cook, so i have decided to learn so i can really impress him when he gets home:P need som ideas of something easy (but thats look really complicated LOL) i could start with, to prove to him im not as hopeless in the kitchen as i seem....:grin:

One that impressed dh and was the most simple meal ever was..

Pesto & chili shrimp pasta.

Ofcourse you can subsitute the shrimp for chicken and salmon.

And when i say chili- i just mean thin slices of the pepper...sauteed.
He loves it!!!
