Maybe if it was a little bit longer, and without the jacket it would be ok. As it is I don't like it.

I think the long jacket is to make the mini dress more modest...
I like trying new shapes like this, mixing things up... fashion shouldn't be boring IMO!

Ick. The dress is....no. It does look like a nightgown. I'm more of a fan of fitted more tailored clothes to show off the curves of your body a little more. I think it would look better with a black ribbon, belt, or sash tied around the waist to add some dynamic to the shape and silhouette of the outfit.
