And it only gets worse from here!!!!! :(

When and if they come back in, deployment will be next!! :tears Last time they went right out to deployment and didn't come back home. We weren't together then, this will be a first for me. They said that might happen this time too, he'd be gone like 11 months if that happens!!!!!!!!
:tears :scared :oogle

It just seems to be getting harder!!! When does it ease up if it ever does? Im more emotional these past couple of days than I was when this all started.

That is all. :(

I'm so sorry! Personally, I don't think it ever really gets easier! You just know more the next time going in & more prepared to get on schedule, etc.

well i dont think they will be out for 11 months. maybe 9 months but i dont think they can keep them out there for 11 months straight. or is that just how long total time he has been gone or will be gone.

The thing is they're doing work-ups and they might not come back between that and the deployment.

They can pull into a US port and I am pretty sure that could counteract the 10 month rule if there really is one.

I know how you feel since DF's ship is in that battlegroup and they will be leaving soon, too.

That's what could happen! They even cancelled the Family Day Cruise which could be the clincher on it but I didn't even think about that when DF told me. He just said it is now going to be a maintenance day instead. I hope it's a maintenance day in HOME port at least!!! :worried

And thanx ya'll!! :)

This one is just hard for some reason. I am usually always a happy person and I noticed even my attitude is not right! Im sure it will all adjust itself with time!

Thanx again!! :hugs

My friends arent happy about it either.. they're just happy that when the boat comes back from this deployment he's out of the Navy. I'll be happy because I'll be done watching thier daughter lol.
