Idiot..... I hope that she has to serve jail time just like Paris. I can't believe these idioic people that think that it is okay to drink and drive, and in the end get off because they are "Famous" Please.

Well I don't think she is majorly pretty- I mean any person wearing that much make up will look gorgeous.

So I just think she is messed up, and needs to find some more important things in the world to obsess about, besides herself.

I personally wonder why the hell do these clubs let her buy alcohol....she is only 20! She is a regular citizen just like everyone else, she should obey the laws too. But she also needs to get her head out of her ass and realize what she is doing to herself. It's such a shame.

I think she's a pretty smart talented girl that is really really going down the wrong path. I hope that she will eventually find her way and realize what potential she has.

:yes She needs to find something to do with her life. She's too self absorbed and messed up in the head. I really think people like her and Paris take the fame and run with it. They think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. I'm sick of hearing about it!!!!

ITAgree with that! I just feel that she has so much potential if she'd get her head out of the clouds.

i didn't like her when she was younger...like in the parent trap...i didn't think she was that great of an actor...and she wasn't the best singer either. I think it's time for her to go live in a cave for awhile while she straightens out what she really wants in life before she screws it up forever.

I agree with Berkley. She's an enormously talented, very beautiful girl (when not plastered or wearing the standard hooker uniform) who is going to end up washed up or worse (i.e. dead) if she doesn't straighten herself up.

I feel bad for her and want to kick her in the head at the same time. She is doing something with her life (acting) that so many other people dream about and doing well with it, but she is flushing it all down the toilet with her choices. I don't know if I can totally blame her for it though. I think she was raised in an effed up situation. I think she should beheld accountable, but I think she is screwed up in the head and needs help too. I wish someone would step in and help the girl out before she kills herself or someone else, but unfortunately, people in Hollywood don't seem to do that. They would rather watch each other self destruct.

I also think the clubs that serve her alcohol should be held accountable for that.

On another note, did you know that she makes like $400K a pop just to show up at a club? CRAZY!!
