The potatoe reciepe got me thinking about our summer potatoe dish.

You take potatoes, wash them good, and slice them but don't slice them apart. You want to make a fan with them. You melt about 4 tablespoons of butter. Depends on how many potatoes you use.

Place the fan like potatoes in a microwave safe contaner and drown them in butter. Top with a mixture of bread crumbs and parm. cheese. Microwave until done. Aprox. 3 min per potatoe.

I love them because they taste baked but they aren't.

OMG my mom sent me that recipe and the picture looked SOOO yummy, but I hadnt tried it yet. Thanks for the review, now I'm getting potatoes at the store :)
