We have a gas stove in housing and I was wondering what do you use to get the top clean. I have some burnt on stuff and I can't get it off. I have tried different cleaners and the green scrubbing pad.

I don't know how to get this off. Remember....I hate cleaning and I am in the mood for it.

I used magic erasers

I've tried that and it didn't work.

I clorox wipe mine daily.

Easy off Bam might work.. I use it to clean my countertops and microwave..

I am having the same problem right now. Easy Off Bam seems to work with a good sturdy sponge and some elbow grease. It's still not like I would want it but alot cleaner.

The Bam stuff works wonders on Microwaves too.. I soaked mine down with it, let it sit and walked away.. I didn't even have to scrub, just wiped the gunk off, and rinsed.. looked like brand new when I was finished.

:yes When we moved in this house I had to do that because nothing else worked, I swear they never cleaned off the top of the stove or the inside of the oven, it was nasty :puke
