2 questions:

1. At what age was your child completely weened off of formula?

2. What age did your child stop using a bottle?

1. at exactly a year i gave sippies of regular milk, then half formula half milk at bed time for about a month.

2. 14 months

We started to mix formula and milk together about 2 weeks before DD turned one. Thats what her Dr told us to do.

Her last bottle was the day before she turned 1. She didnt get one the day she turned 1 and hasnt had one since

Eian was off formula at about 11 months.
He's 2 years old now and he has a bottle for security still, but it's only at night or when he's sick, he doesn't really drink what's in it though he just chews on it or hold is....

12 months and 12.5 months. We had been giving him the sippy for a couple of months previous to get him used to it, so it was a pretty easy transition for him.

both girls were weaned off formula to milk right around their first birthdays (a week or so before i started adding whole milk to the formula...1oz milk 7oz formula, then i would up the milk and decrease the formula a bit every day).

meagan wasn't off the bottle until around 18mos, but at that point she was only having 1 at night before she went to bed. kylie was off the bottle around 14 months i think...she got a cold and didn't want it so we just stopped.

unfortunately, once they stopped the bottles, my kids refused to drink milk so i make sure they get yogurt, cheese, calcium fortified bread, etc.

oh, and they had been using sippy cups for juice and water from around 6mos old so that wasn't a problem.

We did half and half and then stopped formula at 1, and then the bottle completely stopped at 18 months if not sooner.

At about 1 year I started giving milk w/ formula. I did 2oz of milk and 6oz formula for a few days then 1/2 and 1/2 for about a week then just milk after that. With both my boys I gave them sippy cups from about 9 months on so by the time they switched to milk they had no more bottles.

I FF'ed my oldest. I had him weaned completely around 12 ½-13 months. It was pretty easy for him though..

At 11 months old, per his ped, I started 1/4 whole milk and 3/4 formula in bottles for 1 week. The next I did 1/2 and half. The next week I did 3/4 whole milk and 1/4 formula and by the next week it was all milk.

As for bottles. After he was on all milk I started with nuby bottles/sippys. I got him switched to those within 1 week (nuby sports bottle which is like a bottle.) then the next week I went to the nuby sippy which is sylicone like a bottle but shaped like a sippy. Then the next week I started with the playtex hard sippys. I would do 1 feeding in those per day until he was on only those. He was exactly 13 months when he totally was off ALL bottles

All my kids had were FF from about 4months on so we had them on Formula from 4 to 12 months. Then on to half and half. I think LOL

They all stopped Formula around 12/13 months and they were ALL stopped using a bottle between 9 and 13 months.

All of mine with completely off of formual by 12 months. I started with 2oz milk with formula, then 4oz, then 6oz and by the time they are 12 months 8oz milk. The longest my kids had the bottle was 18 months. I don't push them into sippy cups. We would use sippy cups during the day and a bottle a night until they didn't want the bottle anymore.

All 3 of my boys were completely off formula by 1.

Alex used a bottle until he was around 15 months... we had trouble breaking him of it. It was a security thing for him.

Cameron was off the bottle completely by 10 months, he started to refuse the bottle himself.

Wyatt was completely off the bottle by 8 months, he also started to refuse the bottle himself.

DD was completely off formula at age 13 months.. I had to give her lactose free whole milk for a couple of months after that.

She stopped taking bottles at around 16 months old when we discovered nuby cups!

Quaint weened herself off of formula at 9 months...she just would not drinkit anymore
She was off the bottle by 10 months

My son Timmy was off formula by 12 months and off the bottle at the same time

Once they both could walk I stopped the bottle

I did the part formula part milk a few weeks before his birthday!! He was completely off the formula within a week after his birthday!

He was off of the bottle the day after his birthday. Never had any problems with him adjusting.

My oldest was off formula by about 11 months and off the bottle at about 13 months. My youngest was off formula and the bottle by about a year.

At exactly one year she was off both. When she was 11 months I started gradually giving her whole milk mixed with her formula. By the time she was 12 months old she was on all whole milk and sippy cups.

All three of ours were drinking whole milk at 12 months. The oldest two also stopped using bottles on their first birthday. Aubrey on the other hand was 16 months before she stopped having a bottle before bed time.

With Abby, she was completely on milk by 12 months. We had started at 11.5 months doing a little milk and gradually increased it.

We did the same thing with the bottle too. She was off by a few days after her birthday:)

WE had switched my son to formula at about 5 1/2 months. 10 days before he turned 1 we ran out of formula so I switched him to milk. On his first birthday I threw his bottles away.

Both were right at 12 months with all of my kids!

Sydney was off formula at around 11 months and she was off a bottle at 13 months.

12 months for both of them. We started transitioning to milk at around 11 months but they were completely done with formula by 12 months and off the bottle too. I"ve started all three on the sippy by 4 months and by about 8-9 months, they've all preferred the sippy to the bottle. So, we haven't had any issues with weaning.

We knew Colin would go off of formula at 12 months so at 10 months we started doing half and half... or we'd make one bottle milk and the other formula... The day he turned one he didn't have formula and had no problem with the switch.. Also, I really couldn't get him to drink out of a sippy cup even at 10 months.. but I took the bottle away on his bday also and he learned to drink from them... it was a piece of cake!! With my oldest, I waited longer and it was hard as hell... good luck!
