Ok... I love wearing tights with boots and dresses in winter, but not with shorts in summer. And from what my friends in England have told me, it's pretty warm there right now!
I think a nice pair of flat sandals would have finished the look off if she was really determined to wear the top top part of the outfit.

she looks cute for the look she is trying to pull off. i am not a fan of the tights with the shorts esp in the summer the boots are cute but again not in the summer. i would never wear that it's just not my style.

I like the top, and I love the shorts...and I don't mind the tights...but the boots = :pukey I agree that it would look much better with a pair of cute flats.

Though, any woman with the slightest bit of curve to her body would look wonky in that...it's definitely an outfit reserved for the teeny skinny celebrities, but I think it looks good on Keira.

I like all the individual pieces minus the tights and boots. Together it all looks... I dunno... it just doesn't do it for me.
