Has anyone ever sent Yoohoo in a care package to the sandbox? I know it is glass and would have to be bagged and wrapped and stuff, but can I send it?
Thanks!

USCGBoxerMom 06-19-2007, 01:15 PM Why not send the "juice box" style YooHoo then you don't have to worry about the glass breaking? HEIDI 06-19-2007, 01:16 PM Why not send the "juice box" style YooHoo then you don't have to worry about the glass breaking? That is what I was going to suggest...... Jennie 06-19-2007, 01:17 PM Why not send the "juice box" style YooHoo then you don't have to worry about the glass breaking? I think that's what my mom did when my brother was over there. She put it in ziplock bags just in case it busted open so it didn't mess everything else up or leak form the box. hteew 06-19-2007, 01:19 PM Oooh I forgot about the juice box! Can you send liquids though? Becca 06-19-2007, 01:20 PM You can send a bottle just wrap it in bubble wrap, place it in a ziploc freezer bag and pack it well :) mamaofbeaniebaby 06-19-2007, 01:33 PM You can send liquids as long as you wrap them really well. They don't check though, you just have to tell them what you did to secure it won't ruin other people's mail. I sent my husband gatorade. I trippled wrapped it in baggies and I put packing tape around the lid. They ask you to put something in the package that will absorb the liquid in it did leak through your packaging. I didn't do that though, she let me slide that time. bunkie 06-19-2007, 02:10 PM Why not send the "juice box" style YooHoo then you don't have to worry about the glass breaking? I agree! btw; you are not "supposed" to send liquids but send the boy is dangum yoohoo :lol hteew 06-19-2007, 03:42 PM I agree! btw; you are not "supposed" to send liquids but send the boy is dangum yoohoo :lol :hystericlaugh I think I am trying to become the queen of care packages. For his birthday I want to send him birthday cake with milk, so the closest I was thinking was cake in a jar and Yoohoo. (He and I love those stupid things!) I completely forgot that you can get them in a box now! You know full well that if I gotta buy 50 books of stamps to "further my cause" at the USPS I'm getting that man his YOOHOO! |
