has anyone used these? http://tinyurl.com/y693v2

meagan had NO peeing accidents wednesday, thursday, or friday. however, yesterday we were out a LOT so she had a pull up on. she told me a few times she had to go, but as soon as she saw the big toilets she freaked. i DID get her to at least sit on the one at payless because it had been over 4 hours since she had gone, but she was too worried about me holding her and stuff to go (she uses a cushy spongebob seat at home on the big potty).

anyway, i was just wondering if anyone had used them and what your thoughts were (and if you had bought yours in a store somewhere as opposed to online). :thanks

We use the folding travel seat for Cam.. hers is sesame street themed and is not cushioned( I wanted something easy to sanitize after use at public restrooms) .. It works great but you have to make sure it's positioned correctly on the toilet or else it will fall in.

thanks for the info! if meagan fell in, she'd never use the potty again :teehee i was debating between the cushion-y one and the others. i think the other's will be easier to carry around and clean like you said. i'll just let meagan pick out the design

Don't forget to carry clorox wipes with you.. I keep them in the trunk of my car at all times to sanitize the seat.

The cushy one looks ok BUT the hard plastic one looks like it could pinch some tush. When we were out I just plopped my son on the seat he never fell in. At home he has a little child size seat that sits on the potty but he doesn't use that anymore either. The malls near me have family restrooms with child sized potty and a grown up potty in there and a child sized sink. He LOVES it.

i wouldn't have a problem just plopping her on the seat, but that child is SO stuck in her ways and very timid about stuff. she was practically hyperventilating in the payless bathroom with me holding her and her having a death grip on my arms lol. i haven't seen any family restrooms with small potties around here unfortunately.

thanks for pointing out the pinching possibility though!

AWW poor little thing, I know some kids are very scared of anything that is not something they see everyday. Did you read the reviews on the seats at that website?
