What do you guys do. I tend to shed all my baby weight very quickly but after about the 6month of nursing (like now) I have a hard time keeping my weight where I want it. Since you can't really diet what do you do. I am exercising but it usually isn't enough for me.

There really isn't much you can do while nursing. Since you can't really cut back on much. You just have to stick it out with the exercising and hope that makes up for it.

I did lose weight for a while, but as I got farther along, it got slower. When I stopped nursing, it started coming off again. I think the nursing just sped things up. Good luck. And just be patient.

Thanks it is really hard cause u have to keep your calorie count higher cause u nurse but honestly Im not even eating an abundance. So I guess its just something I have to deal w/ till Im done nursing.

I know you can do weight watchers while nursing but I haven't tried it yet. They allow you more "points" since you need extra calories. It seems like every time I try to diet my baby gets crankier and wants to nurse CONSTANTLY :nutts Good luck to you!
