The only one of my four that has a nickname that has stuck is my youngest. When he was born, I started calling him Booboo but after we came home from the hospital my husband was doing a lot of diaper duty because Booboo was 10lb 15oz when he was born, so I wasn't supposed to lift him a lot. Anyway, I tried to explain to my dh (keep in mind that this is our YOUNGEST) that he could not push Booboo's little legs back as far as he was when wiping the poo off. Not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times my son projectile pooped on my dh! Dh changed his nickname to Poopoo and it has stuck ever since. We joke about Poopoo's High School graduation... "WAY TO GO POOPOO!" :giggle

well I don't have kids but I'm my dads peanut and sweetTart. as for my mom I'm her Lina bina, Bambina(little girl in Italian), or just Bina. I actually get upset if my parents forget to call me by the nicknames....like they forget. when I was in my terrible teen ages I NEVER wanted them to call me by the nicknames. now that i'm older I enjoy it once in a while.....reminds me they love me and i'll always be there baby.

so KEEP UP THE NICKNAMES.....just not during the teen yrs lol unless you want to tease lol

well i just call Robbie baby bear alot or little stinker. My hubby used to call him munchkin.

Sabreena's embarrassing nickname is 'Moo Moo'. My dad came up with it actually, when she was about 3 months old, because she just ate SO MUCH!

His name is Robert III and when I was pregnant my oldest thought I was like the mama kangaroo on winnie the pooh and I had the baby in a pouch in my belly. So he started calling the baby Roo like from winnie the pooh. And since our last name is LeRoux it works and it has stuck. There's people who wait like a while and then ask me, is that his real name? lol
