:lol Those damn things scared the hell out of me. My OB didn't tell me about them at all BEFORE I went to the dang ER and got laughed out of there :spank

I think they have been misunderstood.. they are not *braxton hicks* but *pointless kicks*... :lmao

Um, I think eating chocolate chip cookies helps them go away... (Just go with me on this one!) :D

Seriously, if we ever want to torture prisoners or whatnot we could just somehow induce contractions and labor pains on to them.. Oh how they would talk... :hehe

I had them for about a month...and then the last two weeks before ds was born, I had contractions fifteen minutes apart. THE WHOLE TWO WEEKS. I wasn't dilating, though...so every day I'd go in and every day they'd say not yet...finally induced me after I broke down in the office. The torture had gone on long enough!

I feel your pain, for sure!!!

Nice warm baths helped me a lot, and so did drinking hot stuff(cocoa, green tea, whatever).

:hugs Hope you feel all better soon!

I was just e-bitching about them to Jeremy. I've never really had bad ones before, but this pregnancy they are kicking my ass. :mumble

Oh also another thing they told me was to lay on my left side and drink lots of water while just relaxing for an hour. If that didn't work I was to call L&D

If they aren't going away I would call the doctor. They should go away switching positions and drinking water. Time them. I hope that you feel better soon
